Disqualifications

Anyone under 18 years of age

Glaucoma (If receiving eyeliner) 

High blood pressure 

Allergies to pigment or makeup 

Pregnant or nursing 

Active skin cancer in the area to be treated 

Psoriasis/Eczema In the area to be treated

Transmittable blood diseases- Hepatitis or HIV

Rashes or blisters on the area to be treated

Autoimmune Disease 

Ever taken Accutane

Blood thinners (Doctor note: off medicine for 30 days)

Cold Sores (lip blush only)(Valtrax needed from doctor prior to appointment)
